My seller who needed items repaired and replaced to finalize their sale and didn’t have the resources to get this done.  I had them contact and meet with the Marshall Brothers.  Luke and Seth showed up the same day they contacted them.
They gave the seller a great price and showed how they could get this done right away, Sellers jumped on the option. Marshall Brother finished everything up right away with all the paper work and receipts need to satisfy the other agent and buyers. Final inspection was perfect!!
