Our Process


STEP 1. INITIAL APPOINTMENT

Marshall Brothers will meet with you to discuss your upcoming remodel project, listen to your vision, suggest ideas obtain measurements to be used for the 3-D rendering of your project.

STEP 2. 3-D RENDERING

A Marshall Brothers Inc design professional will prepare a comprehensive 3-D rendering of your proposed project. The 3-D rendering allows you to see what the finished project will look like when finished.

STEP 3. PROJECT ESTIMATE

Once the 3-D rendering is approved, a Marshall Brothers Inc project estimator will complete and detailed scope of work and project estimate based on the design criteria displayed in the 3-D rendering. The project estimate will also contain allowance amounts dedicated for you to spend towards things like plumbing fixtures, lighting and flooring.

STEP 4. PROJECT APPROVAL

When the project is approved financially, Marshall Brothers will immediately connect you with their In-House Interior Designer to begin furthering the design of your project.

STEP 5. PROJECT DESIGN / MANAGEMENT

Working closely with the Interior Designer and Marshall Brothers Inc, we will diligently work with you to prepare final blueprints for your project, begin making materials selections, choose color palettes and identify any additional changes to be made to the original design.

You will also be provided access to Marshall Brothers, state of the art, project management software where you will receive access information for project portal designed exclusively for You and your project! Here, you will be able to access all aspects of your project including project financials, product selections, project communications and photos of your selections made.

STEP 6. MATERIALS PROCUREMENT

Once selections have been made, Marshall Brothers will begin ordering materials for project. These materials will be shipped to your home so they are ready for installation once the project begins.

STEP 7. PROJECT START

Once the design and planning processes are complete, the only thing left is to complete the project! Marshall Brothers will work closely with you to identify a start date for your project and work with you to lay out expectations as your project progresses.

My seller who needed items repaired and replaced to finalize their sale and didn’t have the resources to get this done.  I had them contact and meet with the Marshall Brothers.  Luke and Seth showed up the same day they contacted them.
They gave the seller a great price and showed how they could get this done right away, Sellers jumped on the option. Marshall Brother finished everything up right away with all the paper work and receipts need to satisfy the other agent and buyers. Final inspection was perfect!!
